Welcome to Nirrmit. Nirrmit is a brand operated by Nirrmit Enterprises, a partnership firm based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nirrmit and Nirrmit Enterprises. We operate this website and online store, including the information, content, features, products and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and Services. By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, prints, fabrics and details accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and photography.
Many Nirrmit products involve handcrafted fabrics, printing, embroidery or other artisanal processes. Minor variations in colour, print placement, weave, texture or craftsmanship may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product descriptions, availability and prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted after we successfully receive the order and payment, where applicable, and issue an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, incorrect product information, or inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before placing it. Cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated once an order has entered processing or dispatch.

All prices displayed on the Nirrmit website are in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected for your purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, serviceability issues, events beyond our reasonable control, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if an order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or otherwise experiences a delivery issue.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, size exchanges, damaged-product claims and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Eligibility requirements, request timelines, product-condition requirements, unboxing video requirements and applicable exchange shipping charges are described in that policy.

10. Relationship with Shopify
Nirrmit is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through the Nirrmit store are transactions directly between you and Nirrmit Enterprises.
Shopify is not the seller of Nirrmit products and is not responsible for the products purchased from us or for the fulfilment of orders placed with Nirrmit.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information is also processed by Shopify and other service providers that help us operate our website, process payments, fulfil orders and provide customer support.
