Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days of order confirmation.
  • During new launches, festive seasons, or sale periods, dispatch timelines may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable on all orders across India.
  • The shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may attract an additional convenience fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in selected serviceable locations.
  • COD availability will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges, if applicable, may apply for re-dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Nirrmit cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

We currently ship within India only.
